Teen Spanish and Surf Camp is an ISLS authorized Spanish language institute and a surf school based in Playa Tamarindo, Costa Rica. It is a specialized teen program that aims at inspiring kids and teenagers to learn Spanish and surfing simultaneously. With over 19 years of experience, ISLS Teen Spanish and Surf Camp is a widely recognized institute in Costa Rica. Hundreds of parents come with their kids to the camp so they can have a unique educational experience, learn new activities and ride the waves. The team of ISLS consists of instructors who are professionals and highly motivated to teach. ISLS Teen Spanish and Surf Camp runs during summer and winter breaks and hundreds of families with kids participate enthusiastically.

The camp provides babysitters for little kids to allow parents and older siblings to fully enjoy their holiday in a relaxed, hassle-free 
atmosphere. The camp has divided the programs according to age. There is a daycare for toddlers, a children’s camp from ages 5 to 12, and a separate surf and Spanish course for teenagers and adults. Those who want to have jungle adventures can join the overnight volcano and rainforest trips where people can various wild adventures ranging from hiking to canopy tours. Although the main office of ISLS Teen Spanish and Surf Camp is located in Playa Tamarindo, it also has its branches in Playa Dominical, a surfer’s heaven, and Turrialba. Furthermore, students can also volunteer to gain experience and extra credit for school. The camp is a very popular place during vacations and it is often hard to find a spot, so reservations are highly recommended.
Teen Spanish Immersion and Adventure Camp (Ages 13- 17)
It is two week course that offers private Spanish lessons and adventurous trips to various destinations in Costa Rica.
Teen Surf and Spanish Camp (Ages 13- 17)
Learn to pick up a wave and get fluent in Spanish within a month! According to guest’s preferences, the course can be last for 2, 3 or 4 weeks. The program includes private Spanish classes and surfing sessions on the beach.
Teen Adventure Travel Camp (Ages 13- 17)
It is a two week course in which 12 kids can participate. In the first week, activities take place in Turrialba branch while the second week is spent in Playa Tamarindo.
Teen Spanish and Surf Expedition (Ages 13- 17)
It is a two week camp with 11 participants. The surf adventures are carried out in some of the most famous surf destinations of Costa Rica such as Playa Dominical and Pavones.
