The Surf Shop
Be it a beginner or a seasoned wave ride, Walter Surf Shop is loaded with all the things one requires on a surf trip. Boards are available for both rent and sale. Popular boards are long boards, short boards and soft boards that come along with an ankle leash and other gear. The staff of Walter is highly efficient, bilingual and experienced and all the lessons are conducted by professional instructors. Whether you want to buy a great board, a colorful bikini or want to learn surfing, Walter Surf School and Shop is a right place for you to go.
Walter Surf School’s Surf Lesson
With a vast experience of more than 2 decades, Walter Surf School is one of the best places to learn surfing in Jaco. They provide 
absolute guarantee that each student will master the basics of surfing by the end of the course. The surf classes are 2 hours long and are conducted by professional instructors who are bilingual and extremely efficient. The lessons include theory sessions on the beach, practice classes, provision of a high quality surfboard fr 24 hours, rash guard, leash, bottled water, fruits and transport service from any hotel in Jaco to the surf spot. The packages are 1, 3 or 5 days long. The school offers both groups and individual classes for all levels of surfing, be it a newbie or a veteran.
The Owners
Walter’s Surf Shop and Surf School is owned by Ricardo, a passionate surfer who wants to share his love of surfing with others. The team comprises of professional surfers and surfboard designers including Mauricio Jimenez who has been a national champion for 6 years. The camp caters to all sorts of people who wish to learn. It does not matter if you are young or old, man or woman, a kid or a teenager, if your dream is ride the waves then you can accomplish it with Walter’s Surf School.
