Una Ola Surf Camp’s Surf Lessons
Beginners Surf Lessons
At Una Ola Surf School, your very first surf class will start by teaching you the basics of surfing that includes ocean safety, surf 
equipment, types of surfboards, types of waves and forecast, currents, paddling a surfboard and standing upon it, catching a wave and so on. Before the surf session in the ocean begins, a pre surf warm routine is carried out to stretch the muscles and joints. The lessons are taught and demonstrated by professional surfers who are qualified as instructors and trained lifeguards as well. Within a week, you will get a hand of how to pick up the wave and ride it without falling off the board.
Intermediate Surf Lessons
Intermediate Surf Lessons continue to concentrate on the basics of surfing while gradually introducing harder exercises and moves. These lessons helps to improve the essentials of surfing such as timing, body mechanics, paddling, positioning, crowd management and plenty of other things. Moreover, the students are required to pick up a chest to shoulder high wave easily and ride it.
