Waves Costa Rica Surf School and Adventures was founded by a group of veteran Costa Rican surfers, Andrea Diaz, Gilbert Brown, and Nino Myrie. The three surfer champions shared a pure love of surfing and wished to pass it to others. What started out as a small dream quickly turned into a fabulous surf camp when they captured Roxy & Quiksilver attention. It is the first official Roxy and Quicksilver surf camp in Latin America and today, hundreds of students of all ages come to learn to surf every year. Andrea, Gilbert, and Nino, who have been honorably nicknamed as “The Costa Rican Surfing All-Stars”, and their surf camp instantly became a surfing sensation among the locals and tourists alike. Some of the main reasons of their great success are budget friendly packages, encouraging and professional staff and a homely, friendly ambiance of the camp which makes the guests feel at ease.

Waves Costa Rica Surf Camp is located nearby the sublime beach of Tamarindo at the deluxe Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas hotel. The family owned and operated hotel is considered one of the best places for accommodations in Tamarindo. Family Package

Apart from the facilities mentioned in previous package, there some extra perks such as private surf lessons, a romantic candlelight dinner in an oceanfront restaurant, a couple massage session and a personal photographer.
